Fish In Pastry With Herb Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x (17 1/8 ounce. frzn puff pastry, (2 sheets) (17 1/8 ounce. frzn puff pastry (2 sheets)
  • 6 x Salmon fillets, (skinless) (8 ounce.)
  • 1 x Egg, beaten with 1 Tbls. water

Directions

  1. Roll out 1 pastry sheet to 12 inch square. Cut into 4 equal squares. Place fish fillet on each square. Season with salt and pepper. Bring pastry corners up around fish. (Use remaining pastry sheet if needed to enclose fish.) Healthy pinch pastry together and seal edges with egg mix. Arrange fish pkgs. seam side down, on buttered baking pan. Brush with egg mix.
  2. Cover and refrigerate30 min or possibly up to 8 hrs. Bake at 400 degrees till pastry is golden brown and fish is done. Serve with Herb Sauce.
