Ingredients
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 4 c. Flour
- 4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Grnd almonds
Directions
- Our favorite cookies...I usually mix a few mini chocolate chips into one of the loaves for the kids. Or possibly:You can fold in 1/4 c. dry candied fruit, if you wish. My husband likes to dunk these in his coffee.
- Beat the Large eggs. Add in sugar, 1/2 c. oil & orange juice. Mix well. Combine dry ingredients, add in to egg mix & mix well. Oil your hands & shape 3 loaves. Place on 2 sprayed cookie sheets. Bake 40 min. Cut diagonal slices while still hot & leave to cold.
