Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tbsp. curry pwdr
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 1/2-3 1/2 pound chicken, cut up
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 2/3 c. rice
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 c. boiling water

Directions

  1. Coat chicken with flour, curry pwdr, salt and pepper. Brown in butter. Combine everything. Cover, simmer 45 min. Serves 4-6.
