Ingredients

  • 2 Cotechini Di Maiale
  • 300 Gr. Lenticchie
  • 300 Gr. Pomodori Pelati
  • Sale

Directions

  1. Lavare i cotechini con l'acqua calda, bucherellarli e metterli a cuocere con le lenticchie prec. tenute a bagno.
  2. Levare le lenticchie appena saranno cotte, unire la salsa di pomodori e il sale e far terminare la cottura dei cotechini.
  3. Far raffreddare i cotechini, tagliarli a fette, adagiarle su un piatto da portata, unire le lenticchie e servire.
