%E2%80%A6.I%20know%20firsthand%20how%20stressful%20moving%20can%20be!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20wanted%20to%20share%20something%20today%20that%20is%20sure%20to%20relieve%20some%20stress%20and%20make%20her%20new%20house%20feel%20like%20home:%20Cookie%20Butter%20Scotcheroos!%20They%E2%80%99re%20so%20good,%20they%E2%80%99ll%20have%20you%20wondering,%20%E2%80%9CWhere%20have%20you%20been%20all%20my%20life??%E2%80%9D%20Kinda%20like%20when%20I%20met%20my%20husband%E2%80%A6.read%20on!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20I%20first%20met%20my%20husband%20Jorden,%20we%20were%20at%20a%20cocktail%20party%20two%20days%20before%20our%20college%20graduation.%20I%20spotted%20him%20across%20the%20patio%20and%20couldn%E2%80%99t%20help%20but%20feel%20that%20I%20HAD%20to%20meet%20him.%20From%20the%20moment%20I%20laid%20eyes%20on%20him,%20I%20knew%20that%20I%20wanted%20him%20in%20my%20life%20(you%20can%20read%20the%20whole%20story%20here.)%20And%20when%20we%20had%20our%20first%20date,%20and%20talked%20like%20we%20had%20known%20one%20another%20our%20entire%20lives,%20and%20ended%20up%20closing%20the%20restaurant%20because%20we%20couldn%E2%80%99t%20get%20enough%20of%20one%20other,%20I%20couldn%E2%80%99t%20help%20but%20wonder,%20%E2%80%9CWHERE%20HAVE%20YOU%20BEEN%20ALL%20MY%20LIFE??%E2%80%9D%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWell,%20the%20long%20story%20short%20is%20that%20we%20ended%20up%20getting%20married%20almost%20exactly%20two%20years%20after%20our%20first%20date.%20And%20every%20time%20I%20think%20back%20to%20the%20cocktail%20party%20where%20we%20met,%20I%20love%20the%20fact%20that%20I%20had%20a%20hunch%E2%80%A6.and%20that%20my%20hunch%20was%20right!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20hate%20to%20compare%20my%20marriage%20to%20food%E2%80%A6%E2%80%A6..but%20the%20similarities%20can%E2%80%99t%20be%20denied.%20Both%20scotcheroos%20and%20cookie%20butter%20were%20introduced%20to%20me%20by%20someone%20else%20(just%20like%20Jorden.)%20And,%20with%20both,%20I%20had%20an%20immediate%20attraction%20%E2%80%93%20a%20feeling%20of%20wanting%20them%20to%20be%20part%20of%20my%20life%20(just%20like%20Jorden%E2%80%A6.!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20I%20decided%20to%20combine%20the%20two%E2%80%A6.and%20from%20first%20bite,%20I%20was%20in%20love%20(yep,%20just%20like%20Jorden!%20Are%20you%20noticing%20a%20theme!?)%20So%20yeah%E2%80%A6.I%20guess%20what%20I%E2%80%99m%20saying%20is%20that,%20if%20I%20could,%20I%20would%20marry%20these%20guys.%20Unfortunately,%20I%E2%80%99ve%20already%20eaten%20(ALL)%20of%20them.%20(I%20guess%20it%E2%80%99s%20not%20going%20to%20work.)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBut%20every%20time%20I%20think%20about%20them,%20I%20can%E2%80%99t%20help%20but%20wonder%E2%80%A6.Cookie%20Butter%20Scotcheroos,%20WHERE%20HAVE%20YOU%20BEEN%20ALL%20MY%20LIFE!??%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20Combine%20sugar%20and%20corn%20syrup%20in%20small%20saucepan;%20cook%20over%20medium%20heat%20until%20small%20bubbles%20appear%20on%20surface.%20Remove%20from%20heat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20Stir%20in%20cookie%20butter.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20Add%20cookie%20butter%20mixture%20to%20cereal;%20mix%20until%20cereal%20is%20coated.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20Spread%20into%20buttered%209%C3%9713%20inch%20pan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5.%20Melt%20chocolate%20chips%20with%20peanut%20butter%20chips;%20stir%20to%20combine%20and%20spread%20over%20cereal%20mixture.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E6.%20Chill%20until%20set.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEnjoy!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThanks%20so%20much%20for%20letting%20me%20share%20here%20with%20you%20today!%20And%20good%20luck,%20Julie%E2%80%A6..I%20totally%20feel%20your%20pain!!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
