Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large stalk celery, chopped fine
  • 1/2 large, red bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1/4 large red onion, chopped fine
  • 1 cup green beans, cut into small pieces (I used frozen/thawed, but fresh works too)
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup clean eating mayonnaise (store bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp. almond meal
  • Salt and pepper to taste
