Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. minced pecans
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 c. Cold Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 ounce. cream cheese
  • 2 lg. Packages instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Heat butter in 9"x13" pan. Stir in pecans and flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min; cold.
  2. Blend Cold Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Spread over crust. Chill. Mix pudding with lowfat milk; spread over dessert. Cover with plain Cold Whip. Sprinkle with nuts or possibly shaved chocolate. Optional: Try other pudding flavors.
