Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. All natural butter-flavored Sprinkles
  • 1/2 c. Plus 2 Tablespoons evaporated skimmed Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (or possibly pecan Extract ..)
  • 5 c. Miniature marshmallows

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients (except marshmallows) into a large heavy pan
  2. Prepare a plate/pan by spraying with butter flavored vegetable spray. (I used a small cookie sheet) Measure the marshmallows and set aside.
  3. Place the pan on the burner set to the hottest setting. Mix and stir continously
  4. When mix comes to a full rolling boil, set the timer to 5 min and continue stirring. After 5 min remove the pan from the stove and continue stirring till mix no longer boils.
  5. Add in marshmallows and stir till marshmallows are melted and mix is smooth. Pour mix into prepared pan.
  6. The mix is very stringy but after it sits for a few hrs (fudging process) it gets the fudge consistency.
