Ingredients
- 500g chicken mince
- 1/2 cup cream style corn
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Italian Herbs
- ½ tsp Ground Paprika
- 1 cup dried breadcrumbs (approximately)
- 2 Tbsp oil
Directions
- Mix chicken mince, corn, flour, Garlic Salt, Italian Herbs and Ground Paprika together.
- Take heaped teaspoons, form into a ball and drop into breadcrumbs to coat.Flatten out to make small round patties.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the patties for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden on both sides and thoroughly cooked through.
