Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 2 c. chicken broth, cool
  • 2 3/4 c. chicken broth, warm
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 c. onions, minced fine
  • 1/3 c. pimentos, diced
  • 3 pound chicken, cooked, diced
  • 4 Large eggs, diced

Directions

  1. Mix flour and salt with cool chicken broth. Mix to create a smooth paste. Add in flour paste slowly to warm chicken broth, stirring constantly. Add in black pepper and onions. Cook over low heat for 10 min or possibly till thickened, stirring frequently. Add in pimentos, chicken and Large eggs. Stir. Heat till mix begins to boil. Serve over a slice of toast or possibly in a tart shell. Garnish with a cherry tomato or possibly curly endive.
