  • Pork Stir Fry with Sesame Butter Noodles
  • Maple Mustard Chicken Served with Rice and Your Choice of Vegetable
  • Thin Crust Tortilla Pizza Served with Spring Salad
  • Dinner One: Savory Spaghetti and Meatballs
  • Ingredients – Meatballs:
  • 1 pound (450 grams) ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup of bread crumbs
  • ½ cup of grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (Parmesan Cheese)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • Ingredients – Tomato Sauce and Pasta:
  • 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 lb (450 grams or 16 ounces) spaghetti
