Den Teig zu kleinen Kugeln formen und auf das leicht eingefettete Brezeleisen legen und gleichma"ssig backen.
  3. Cream butter. Alternately add in sugar and Large eggs to butter. Stir in lemon peel and sifted flour. Let dough rest 1 hour. Make small balls of dough and bake on lightly greased iron.
