Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • Dash salt
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury All-Ready pie crust

Directions

  1. Combine blueberries, sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice. Line pie pan with 1 crust. Put blueberry mix onto crust; dot with butter. Adjust top crust, cut slits to allow steam to escape. Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 to 50 min or possibly till well browned.
