Ingredients
- 1 stk butter, softened
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 3 ounce Phil. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 x (8 ounce.) cold whip, thawed
- 1 x (4 ounce.) instant chocolate pudding
- 1 x (4 ounce.) Instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. lowfat milk For garnish on top: 1 grated chocolate candy bar, whole cherries and minced nuts.
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened butter, flour and pecans. Press in a 13" x 9" x 2" pan. Bake 20 min at 350 and let cold. In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and mix till fluffy and then add in 1 c. of the whipped topping. Spread over the baked crust. Combine chocolate and vanilla pudding and add in cool lowfat milk and mix till thick and creamy.
- Pour over the cheese mix. Top with the remaining whipped topping. Place one cherry in the center of each slice, sprinkle with grated chocolate bar and minced nuts. Refrigerateand serve.
