Apple Crisp with Crystallized Ginger Topping Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. AP flour
  • 3 T. brown sugar
  • 1 T. white sugar
  • 2 T. crystallized ginger (I chopped mine fine- it would have been WAY chunky otherwise)
  • 1/4 t. salt (omit if you use salted butter)
  • 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 4 T. butter, cut into chunks
  • 5 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 T. white sugar
  • 1 T. AP flour
