I love food, more specifically, I love anything edible. No boundary for me when it comes to food.

I cook meals with the practice of yakuzen (medicinal food). Yakuzen gives me so much inspiration and tells me that choosing right ingredients and cooking in the right way can enhance healthy lifestyle.

Just listen to the body and prescribe recipes that the body wants. Then, I believe I can automatically being healthy and enjoy cooking at the same time!
