About me

well i have 7 children, married, on a very tight, limited income, and i'm having it difficult for my family to try knew things, especially veggies! i need a way to incorporate in my every day meals to see that they get their daily required amount of servings, an nutrients, so far we eating the same basic meats chicken, ground beef, pork chops, seafood, and our veggies jus consist of corn, broccoli, as you see, not many! so i'm here for help! i tend not to eat things just on either how they feel, or look, or smell! please help! even if it's just tips on working with what we now eat, but different! i'm sick of eating, feeding the same ole' things! help!
