About me

My father-in-law is 81 years old. He has renal failer and is a Diabetic. I want to make food more exciting to his palate!! I am looking for Recipes for a Renal Diet. He loves Italian foods as he is Italian, but does like a lot of fish and other foods as well. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as the doctors advised us he will not be here much longer. I want his time here left to be enjoyable both with family and good foods to make him happy.
