About me

I had the chance to go to Bombay last year. In restaurants, there's always clear indications whether or not the food your are eating is vegetarian. So during my stay, meaning a week, I've decided to eat only vegetarian food.
It was delicious AND at the end of the week, I felt less tired ! (despite I was working twice more than usual). So I decided to put aside meat for a while.
Unfortunately in Japan, you have to struggle in order to be vegetarian. So I dropped the idea.
I hope with this site I would be able to find both place and way to cook vegetarian plate.
