I am so lucky and blessed that cooking is not just my passion, it is also my career.
My blog, Swirls of Flavor, features my original recipes created especially for you. My wish is that your home will be filled with fabulously delicious Swirls of Flavor every time you cook my recipes!
I also am a Culinary Consultant and work with major food corporations and publishing houses. My recipes are featured in national ad campaigns, cookbooks, magazines, product packaging, print work, the internet and social media.
Sweet Indulgences is our family-owned dessert shoppe. I developed all the recipes in our product line of award-winning cupcakes and cheesecakes. They have been described as " decadent bites of brilliance".
Cooking Influences
Learning how to make Scalloped Potatoes while earning my Girl Scout Cooking Badge was the spark that ignited my passion for all things culinary! Memories of homemade pasta drying on the dining room table and anxiously waiting to nibble on dozens and dozens of homemade Christmas cookies, all made by my little Italian grandmother, has me convinced that I inherited my love of cooking....it's obviously in my genes!
