About me

I enjoy cooking ....but sometimes that is a hazard to the waistline!!! I particularly like the rush at christmas time to bake the house full of sweet treats! I find it fun to make alot ofdifferent cookies....cakes. I enjoy trying new recipes...expanding my repetoire(sp?). Hard though when some recipe dont work out or live up to the photo...hmm?
I have not broken into the bread making area of cooking yet. Always on the lookout for a good recipe....whether it is for scones, biscotti or cake or cookies.....dinner dishes.
