Ingredients
- 50 lb Crawfish, live
- 2 x Ice cream salt, boxes
- 4 ounce Liquid crab boil
- 3 x Cayenne, lge stirring spoons
- 6 x Bay leaves, whole
- 6 x Celery, ribs
- 4 x Onions, medium
- 3 x Lemons or possibly 1 tsp lemon oil
- 8 ounce Honey
- 3 x Oranges, halved
Directions
- Fill a 60 quart pot 1/2 full. Add in all ingredients except crawfish and bring to a boil. Add in crawfish. When it boils agains, time for 7 min. Remove from fire, add in one bucket cool water. Let it soak for one hour.
