Ingredients
3 c. cooked zucchini squash
1/2 stick butter
1 lg. onion
1 lg. tomato
Mozzarella cheese (grated)
Directions
Layer squash, butter, sliced onion, sliced tomato, grated cheese. Add in second layer of each. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 min. (Eggplant may be used instead of zucchini.)
