In the kitchen, I like to use items that are durable and can withstand the test of time, like glassware for storage. Since I purposely cook large quantities of food, I always have leftovers. When I put food away in glassware, I use aluminum foil to cover the top. Inevitably, the wrapping falls off and I end up with dried up leftovers and spills on my refrigerator shelf. Blech!

I also like to set a nice table and adore containers that I can heat in as well as serve from. But I hate having extra dishes to wash.
