Yellow Cake Mix

This is a very simple yellow cake mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg Instant vanilla pudding
  • 4pcs Large eggs
  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1pc German sweet chocolate (Grated)
  • 6 ounce Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Pecans, minced

Directions

  1. Mix first six ingredients together and beat with electric mixer till smooth.
  2. Add in next three ingredients. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan.
  3. Bake at 325 for 55 min.
  4. Use toothpick to check if the cake is done.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes;
  6. Remove from pan and transfer to a platter.
  7. For any leftovers, keep in a tight covered container for freshness.
