Ingredients

  • 2 c. butter or possibly oil
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
  • 4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Stir together 1 ingredient at a time. Shape into balls. Dip in cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
