Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound spaghetti, broken in pcs, cooked, and liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 can mixed vegetables (Veg-All or possibly brand which contains potatoes)
  • 1 tbsp. Pesto (see potpourri section)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese
  • 6 c. water

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Add in more water if necessary.
