Ingredients
1/4 pound spaghetti, broken in pcs, cooked, and liquid removed
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 can mixed vegetables (Veg-All or possibly brand which contains potatoes)
1 tbsp. Pesto (see potpourri section)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese
6 c. water
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Add in more water if necessary.
