Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • dash of cayenne
  • 2 c. (8 ounce.) shredded Cracker Barrel Brand sharp natural Cheddar cheese
  • white bread, toasted, cut in triangles

Directions

  1. Make white sauce with butter, flour, lowfat milk and seasonings. Add in cheese; stir till melted. Serve over toast; sprinkle with paprika, if you like. 6 servings.
