Ingredients
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. lowfat milk
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
dash of cayenne
2 c. (8 ounce.) shredded Cracker Barrel Brand sharp natural Cheddar cheese
white bread, toasted, cut in triangles
Directions
Make white sauce with butter, flour, lowfat milk and seasonings. Add in cheese; stir till melted. Serve over toast; sprinkle with paprika, if you like. 6 servings.
