Ingredients

  • 3 c. tomato juice
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 med. green pepper, minced
  • 2 1/2 c. cabbage, minced
  • 2 ribs celery, minced
  • 1 c. mushroom stems & pcs
  • 1 pkg. beef bouillon
  • 1 pkg. chicken bouillon
  • 2 tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large pot combine all the ingredients.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  3. Simmer until all the vegetables are tender and the cabbage is cooked.
