Vegetarian Chili Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (28 ounce) can chopped tomatoes in puree
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder, or to taste
  • A few shakes of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
