  • Green chillies – 2 (chopped finely)
  • Curry leaves – 10
  • Onions – 1 (chopped finely)
  • Tomatoes -1 (chopped finely)
  • Capsicum – 1 (chopped finely)
  • Avarekalu or hyacinth beans – 2 tablespoons (optional)
  • Green peas – 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
