Ingredients
3-4 raw Large eggs
Italian bread crumbs
Veal scallopini
Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Dip each scallopini in egg and bread crumbs. Repeat dipping. Heat extra virgin olive oil in skillet. Saute/fry scallopini 1 to 2 min per side. Serve with spaghetti carbonara!
