Ingredients

  • 3-4 raw Large eggs
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • Veal scallopini
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Dip each scallopini in egg and bread crumbs. Repeat dipping. Heat extra virgin olive oil in skillet. Saute/fry scallopini 1 to 2 min per side. Serve with spaghetti carbonara!
