Ingredients

  • 4-6 single or possibly double rib or possibly loin lamb chops
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 teaspoon powdered garlic or possibly 2-3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon each dry basil & thyme
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grnd pepper

Directions

  1. Mix garlic, herbs and pepper in extra virgin olive oil. Spread extra virgin olive oil mix on both sides of chops. Allow chops to reach near room temperature. About 1 hour out of refrigerator.
