Ingredients

  • 12 turkey breast fillets
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 sm. cans sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cube butter
  • 1/2 c. white vermouth or possibly wine
  • Sprinkle of Italian seasoning
  • 3 Large eggs, whipped
  • Seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

  1. In skillet, place extra virgin olive oil. Dip a turkey breast, one at a time, into egg batter, then into bread crumbs. Place in skillet, over medium high heat, brown lightly on both sides. Dot with remaining turkey breasts. Place browned turkey beasts in a 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Mince garlic and place it in skillet with cube of butter; add in 1/2 c. white vermouth (or possibly wine). Sprinkle in Italian seasoning. Bring to boil, then pour mushrooms. Immediately pour over turkey breasts. Place in oven at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with pasta.
