Turkey Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. corn starch

Directions

  1. Mix first six ingredients together and boil till thickened. Set aside. Mix meat ball ingredients together and make into meatballs. Saute/fry in 2 Tbsp. butter and 2 tsp. oil. Drain oil off and add in sauce to meat balls. Simmer for 15 min.
