Ingredients

  • Rice Noodles – 175 gms, cooked
  • Onion – 1, finely sliced
  • Mango – 1/4, peeled, sliced
  • Turkey – 150 gms, cooked, shredded (leftover turkey is also fine)
  • Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce – 1 tblsp
  • Juice and Zest of 1/2 Lime
  • Sesame Oil – 1/2 tblsp
