Ingredients

  • 125 gr di burro
  • 175 gr di zucchero
  • 2 uova
  • 1 limone
  • un pizzico di sale
  • 200 gr di farina
  • 1 o 2 bustine di bertolini
  • 3mele

Directions

  1. Lavorare il burro a crema aggiungere lo zucchero,uova scorza grattuggiata di limone, sale, aggiungere il lievito e la farina. Setacciate le mele, tagliarle a fettadi limone e zucchero.
