Ingredients

  • 2 dl of brewed hot coffee
  • 2 cl coffee liqueur or rum
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 500 g mascarpone (cheese)
  • 300 g biscuits
  • 1 PL cocoa or grated chocolate

Directions

  1. Pour coffee into a deeper bowl so that it soaked sponge. Pour the cooled coffee liqueur or rum. Whisk egg yolks with sugar until sugar is completely dissolved. Stir into the mascarpone mixture. One after the other biscuits soaked in coffee liqueur and place the bottom of the form. Layer of sponge and brush a layer of cream, then Lay a second layer of biscuits and a second layer of cream. Continue until all do not use. As we put the last layer of cream. Leave cake in the refrigerator and then turned out of their molds and sprinkle with cocoa or chocolate.
