Tim's Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Fold in large bowl first 5 ingredients.
  3. In 2nd bowl mix next 4 ingredients. Stir 2 mixes together till smooth. Spoon mix into square pan (9x9) and spread proportionately to edges.
  4. Stir together ingredients #3 till well mixed. Sprinkle over batter. Pour over 1 3/4 c. warm water, brown sugar - but do not mix. Bake 45 min.
  5. To serve spoon upside down on dessert plates. Best hot.
