  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Juice of one fresh lemon
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 (10 oz) box chopped frozen spinach, defrosted and drained well
  • 1 (9oz) bag frozen artichokes, thawed, drained, and coarsely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
