Texas BBQ and Summer Fun Recipe

We aren’t much for grilling around here in Arizona. It is usually way to hot to stand around the fire and smoke a hunk of meat. I was lucky enough to try some real Texas BBQ last week at a restaurant named “Salt Lick” that is just outside Austin.
