Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. very tender beef cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Accent
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

  1. Heat butter in saucepan. Saute/fry beef cubes, salt, pepper and accent in warm butter till tender and brown. Take up in warm dish. Put sauce (all ingredients combined) in pan the beef cubes were in and bring to a boil and boil 20 min. Pour over beef cubes and serve warm. Excellent company dish.
