Ingredients

  • Fritos, crushed
  • Grnd beef, browned with 1 pkg. taco seasoning pwdr
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 3 lg. tomatoes
  • 1 pkg. or possibly 1 pound Monterey Jack white cheese
  • 1/2 pound Cheddar cheese
  • El Paso taco sauce (liquid mild)

Directions

  1. Make a layer of the Fritos in a casserole. 1 layer of the beef, 1 layer of shredded lettuce, 1 layer of tomato cut in small pcs, 1 layer of Monterey Jack cheese and 1 layer of Cheddar cheese shredded. Pour over with El Paso taco sauce (liquid mild). Leave in oven long sufficient to heat cheese.
