Ingredients
- 2 lb Sweet italian sausage
- 1 med Onion, chopped
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 8 ounce Chopped black olives
- 1 c. Chopped green pepper
- 4 ounce Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 ounce Tomato paste
- 16 ounce Tomato sauce
- 2 lb Spaghetti noodles
- 1 c. Minced fresh tomato
- 1 quart Water
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Pepper
- 1/2 lb Grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Brown sausage, onions, green peppers, and olives in the oil and drain. Add in tomato paste, tomato sauce, minced tomato and water mix well and simmer on low for 2 1/2 hrs adding liquid as needed, let thicken to desired preference. Pour over noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese as desired.
