Ingredients
- 375 – 435g (3 to 3 1/2 cups) all-purpose (plain) flour, divided
- 50g (1/4 cup) granulated (white) sugar
- 1 x 7g sachet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 80ml (1/3 cup) milk
- 80ml (1/3 cup) warm water
- 30g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 egg yolk beaten with 1 tsp water for egg wash
- Topping
- 125g (1 cup unsifted) powdered (confectioner’s) sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tsp milk
- about 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles
