  • 3 slices fresh whole wheat bread (or about 1 cup breadcrumbs)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese ( I like pecorino romano)
  • 1/4 cup part skim mozzarella
  • 1/2 tsp, salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 6-8 green sweet peppers
  • 1 clove, chopped garlic
  • whole grains
