Stuffed Hog Maw Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 x hog maws (cooked)
  • 4 c. cornbread dressing
  • 2 lb cut up italian sausage
  • 1/2 x onion
  • 1 x salt to taste
  • 1 x pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix cornbread dressing with sliced sausage, onion and salt. Stuff hog maw. Bake for 30 min at 350F.
