Ingredients
Directions
- 1. With scissors, slit the shrimp shells down the center ridge of the back. Clean the vein from under the slit, but don't remove the shell.
- 2. Mix the yogurt with the Old Bay. Add in the shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
- 3. Prepare a warm fire in a barbecue grill. Lightly grease the rack of the grill. Grill the shrimp 4 inches from the heat for 1 1/2 min per side, or possibly till pink and curled. Serve warm or possibly at room temperature. Peel or possibly allow everyone to peel their own.
- Description: ""You will be amazed which three ingredients can supply so much flavor", promises Andrew Schloss in his wonderful book, Cooking with Three Ingredients."
