.%20Here's%20one%20of%20my%20new%20favorites~%20when%20I%20was%20pregnant%20this%20time%20around,%20I%20wanted%20desserts%20and%20spicy%20foods%20nonstop.%20Spicy%20chicken%20nachos%20were%20a%20natural%20solution%20to%20the%20spicy%20cravings!%20These%20nachos%20and%20cheesy%20and%20spicy,%20featuring%20pulled%20chicken%20made%20using%20a%20delicious%20garlicky,%20smoky%20marinade%20then%20grilled%20and%20layered%20on%20the%20nachos.%20Topped%20with%20jalepenos,%20a%20quick%20and%20easy%20homemade%20salsa%20and%20a%20simple%20homemade%20guacamole%20(search%20in%20the%20sidebar%20for%20these%20recipes)%20along%20with%20some%20other%20goodies,%20these%20nachos%20will%20truly%20give%20you%20a%20Happy%20Belly!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServes:%203-4%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2%20cups%20of%20your%20favorite%20cheese,%20shredded%20(I%20like%20jalepeno%20cheddar%20or%20cheddar%20jack)%20*I've%20made%20these%20nachos%20with%20a%20homemade%20cheese%20sauce,%20but%20I%20actually%20prefer%20the%20simple%20shredded%20cheese)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1/2%20cup%20jalepenos%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esour%20cream%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Elime%20wedges%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3%20chopped%20green%20onions%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eguacamole%20(from%201%20avocado)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Esalsa%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAssembly:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPulse%20marinade%20ingredients%20in%20a%20food%20processor.%20Add%20chicken%20and%20marinate%20up%20to%204%20hours%20(at%20least%2030%20minutes).%20Grill%20the%20chicken%20then%20allow%20it%20to%20cool%20before%20shredding%20it%20with%20a%20fork.%20Spread%20about%201/3%20of%20the%20chips%20out%20on%20a%20baking%20sheet%20then%20top%20with%20cheese%20and%20chicken.%20Repeat%20until%20all%20of%20the%20cheese%20and%20chicken%20have%20been%20used.%20Bake%20for%20approximately%2010%20minutes%20at%20375%20degrees.%20Top%20with%20remaining%20ingredients%20and%20enjoy!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
