Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound spaghetti
  • 1/2 pound bacon, minced
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 4 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Heat pasta bowl in 350 degree oven for 10 min.
  2. Cook bacon till crisp and drain well.
  3. Cook spaghetti till al dente.
  4. Beat Large eggs with the cream, cheese, healthy pinch of salt and plenty of pepper. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add in the egg and cheese mix and stir till just beginning to thicken.
  5. In the heated pasta bowl, mix the spaghetti, egg and cheese mix and bacon. Toss well. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
